I am a Certified Newborn Specialist/Parenting Coach & Baby Sleep Trainer with a background in child development and 25 years of hands-on experience working with families. I have been helping sleep deprived parents get their little ones into healthy sleep routines through a variety of methods I have honed. I work with families to create a calm, nurturing enviornment that will promote healthy sleep habits.
Consultations can be done in-person or over the phone. The initial scheduled consultation consist of analyzing your current parenting style and studying your child`s entire day to identify what is causing your child`s sleep issues.

If you are an expectant or new parent looking to take a class in newborn care, or breastfeeding, I can help. I provide private classes in your home or office; covering all the basic information concerning baby care and breastfeeding.
