I am writing to offer my highest recommendation of Vonda Dennis as a baby nurse. Vonda spent 4 weeks caring for my newborn daughter, Sophia, from 10pm to 6am. She inspired confidence and security in her ability to care for our first child.
Vonda started with us when Sophia was 10 days old. As first-time parents, we were absolutely exhausted and overwhelmed and in desperate need of restful sleep. I had been exclusively breastfeeding Sophia for the first 10 days and wanted to introduce a bottle for her overnight feedings with Vonda, so that I didn't have to get up with her. I was worried about Sophia's ability to transition between bottle and breast, yet Vonda managed to successfully introduce a bottle to Sophia. At 2 months of age, she does not experience nipple confusion and goes easily between breast and bottle. I attribute this to Vonda's help.
Our daughter also experienced evening fussiness and was sometimes difficult to console. Yet Vonda sat with her patiently and always managed to calm her down. I was comforted by Vonda's caring nature and genuine concern for Sophia. Never did I feel the least bit concerned about drifting off to sleep for a full 8 hours, knowing that Sophia was in good bands with Vonda.

I would like to express my highest regard for Vonda Dennis a a baby nurse. My little boy had GER (gastro esophageal reflux) and had certain special needs that required a care-giver with infinite patience and good, solid knowledge about a baby's digestive system. The peace of mind that came with Vonda's incredible baby experience was priceless to me (I'm a first time mom and my mother lives out of state, so I relied heavily on Vonda's expertise and guidance).
Originally, Vonda was supposed to stay on for three months, but that turned into almost eleven!
Vonda received raves and hearty recommendations from a friend of mine who has two little girls, and it was very important to me that I knew the person giving the referral. I'm absolutely grateful for her!
Ultimately, the most important thing to me was that I felt safe in knowing that Vonda could care for and calm my baby so skillfully and with such a sense of responsibility to this new little life. I could sleep in peace knowing Vonda was on duty. I highly recommend her!
